Florida Timeshare Rentals

Have you ever seen a state more full to the brim with so many different kinds of activities than Florida? For example, do you have the “need for speed?” There’s NASCAR in Daytona Beach and space launches at Cape Canaveral. Want even more excitement?  Take a ride on Harry Potter’s Hipogriff at Universal Studios, or Sea World’s terrifying Kraken roller coaster. Even an air-boat ride through the savannahs of the Everglades will get your heart pumping.

Or try a different kind of activity by swimming with dolphins at Discovery Cove, floating among manatees in southern Florida waters, and exploring the home of colorful tropical fish at the “Diving Capital of the World,” Key West.

Wide stretches of beautiful sugary beaches give you the choice of playing in the waves of the Atlantic Ocean along Florida’s Treasure Coast, or swimming in the azure blue waters of the Gulf-side Paradise Coast. The self-proclaimed “Most Beautiful Beach in the World” is along the emerald waters of Florida’s panhandle Panama City.

At the tip of the state is exciting Miami, a city full of spicy Latino influences. Wild nightlife, major league sports, and even cultural offerings of live theater and symphony concerts will all keep you as busy as you like.

Besides all of this, Florida is actually world-famous for two specific tourist sites. First is the amazing Everglades National Park. Just 20 miles from bustling Miami, this 1.5 million acre wilderness reserve has been designated a World Heritage Site, an International Biosphere Reserve, and a Wetland of International Importance. Here you can enjoy over 150 miles of canoe, kayaking and walking trails that allow you to get close to the mangrove swamps, explore water channels through sawgrass prairies, and see the many diverse animals that call this special place home.

Secondly, of course, is Walt Disney World in Lake Buena Vista. The Orlando area has the highest concentration of theme parks in the world, and Disney is the undisputed flagship. Walt Disney World is the largest and most visited recreational resort on the planet, covering a 40 square mile area and encompassing four theme parks, two water parks, and 24 on-site themed hotels.

With all that there is to do and see in this incomparable state, the smartest way to take a vacation here is to rent a Florida timeshare. Perfect for families and retirees alike, timeshare accommodations are a real “bang for your buck” bargain. Why spend extra money on lodgings when a timeshare rental will give you much more than you’d get with a hotel, freeing up cash for the “fun stuff” of your vacation.

Costing much less per person than hotel rooms, a timeshare also gives you spacious living areas as well as a kitchen. A quick calculator check will show you how much having a kitchen will save you on meals. And remember that your timeshare is attached to a resort, with all of the amenities included. Besides pools and hot tubs there are often tennis courts, game rooms, fitness centers, arts and craft activities, and even 18-hole on-site golf courses.

There are so many exciting things to do in Florida that you might have to make your vacation plans by drawing a piece of paper out of a hat. But wherever you go there are multitudes of great timeshare rentals, and choosing your accommodations will be the easy part.

You bring up such a great point about timeshare rentals. Generally speaking, a lot of people feel like they are stuck with a timeshare and then need to resell it. Chances are they wouldn’t lose as much money if they just tried to rent their timeshare each year. Even though we have a timeshare (Hawaii) and probably could exchange it for when we went to visit Florida, I am certain if we didn’t have that option …knowing about timeshares as we do now we’d definitely look to rent one over renting a hotel. Great post!
