The Amway Arena serves as the home for the NBA’ Orlando Magic, the AFL’s Orlando Predators and various world class sporting and entertainment events.  When it was first built it was named the Orlando Arena (1989).  The City of Orlando owns the Arena.

The Amway Arena box office hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and three (3) hours prior to any event. The Amway Arena box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For more information, please call 407.849.2020 and select “5”.

Doors open one hour prior to show time or unless otherwise stated.

Public restrooms are conveniently located behind the red tiled walls in each corner of the Amway Arena. All restrooms have diaper-changing stations available and are accessible to guests with disabilities.

The Amway Arena has seating capacity for 17,282 guests for every Orlando Magic home basketball game.

SECURITY
The Amway Arena has implemented a number of additional security measures for the protection of everyone attending an event at our venues. We apologize for any inconveniences you may experience.
Please be aware of the following:
_ Patrons entering the Amway Arena may be subject to security checks by searches, pat downs, and/or metal detecting equipment.
_ Baby bags and purses will be allowed in, but will be inspected at all entrances.
_ Large bags, coolers, and backpacks will not be allowed to enter the building.
_ Upon exiting the Amway Arena, fans will not be allowed to re-enter for any reason.

Strollers are not permitted in the Amway Arena.
